The Website and Goods are provided by LOBSTER AND MôR. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between you and us. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website.
BUYING GOODS
Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address, which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
We must receive full payment of the price of the Goods before we can accept any offers.
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.
NOTICES
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site shop@lobsterandmor.co.uk. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. [Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.] In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.

Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.
